Products and orders
We sell digital educational guides, pattern libraries, templates and downloadable courses in various subjects and languages. Review the product description, language, compatibility requirements, price and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before purchasing. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or a parent or guardian’s authorization where permitted.
Payments through Whop
Whop processes payments. Whop and its payment partners may act under their own terms, including payment verification, fraud prevention, reversals and disputes. See Whop’s Buyer Terms. Available payment methods, including any installment options, depend on eligibility and checkout availability; we do not guarantee approval.
Digital delivery
After successful payment, access is immediate on a private access page, and we email the access link to the address supplied at checkout. Check your spam folder and contact hello@mastermodules.com if access or delivery fails. You are responsible for providing a correct email and keeping your access link secure.
Personal-use license
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use. You may download and use the materials for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense or claim ownership of the materials. Intellectual property remains with us or our licensors. Any additional permissions must be expressly stated in the product description.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our digital products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for how to request it. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed digital content.
Responsible use and availability
Materials are for education. Outcomes depend on your circumstances and use; we make no guarantee of earnings or specific results. We may address misuse or unauthorized redistribution, subject to applicable law. We aim to provide reliable access, but maintenance and technical interruptions may occur. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the educational materials. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Governing law: the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will show a new effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Contact hello@mastermodules.com; we reply within 1–2 business days.
